※all the restで「残り全て」の意味です．
いくつか例を挙げておいて，最後にand all the rest (of it)を付けると，「例に挙げたこと以外の同様の（類似の）ことも」という意味になります．
とてもよく使います．
「英会話例文」
She has been hankering after the sheets and pillows, and all the rest of it from the very first day I got here.「私がここに着いたまさに初日から，彼女はシーツ，枕，その他もろもろの物を欲しがってきた。」
